How do I get my photos? كيف أحصل على صوري؟
من خلال زيارة الرابط أعلاه “احصل على صورك” / “اطلب صورك المطبوعة“. سيكون الرابط متاحًا اعتبارًا من 19 أكتوبر 2025 الساعة 20:00 (+3 بتوقيت جرينتش). يتم تسليم جميع الصور رقميا.
By visiting the link above “Get Your Photos” / “Order Your Prints“. The link will be available starting from 19th October 2025 20:00 (+3 GMT). All Photos are delivered in a digital format.
When can I get my photos? متى يمكنني الحصول على صوري؟
بعد كل حفل، سيتم تحميل الصور خلال 72 ساعة.
After each ceremony, the photos will be uploaded within 72 hrs.
How long will the photos be on the website? كم من الوقت سوف تبقى الصور على الموقع؟
ستظل الصور منشورة على الموقع لمدة شهرين من تاريخ أول حفل.

The photos will remain published on the website for 2 months from the first ceremony date.
* Dates might change upon UOB’s administration decision

How many photos will be taken for me? كم عدد الصور التي سيتم التقاطها لي؟
سوف نلتقط ما لا يقل عن 3 صور في كل موقع تلتقطه الكاميرا لك.
We will take at least 3 photos at each spot the camera snaps you.
Will I be able to immediately get my photos? هل سأتمكن من الحصول على صوري فورًا؟
سيتم تحميل جميع الصور إلى الموقع الإلكتروني خلال 72 ساعة من الحفل. ويمكنك تنزيلها فورا. طلبات الطباعة سيتم إيصالها ابتداء من تاريخ 1 نوفمبر 2025م حسب اولوية الطب وصحة المعلومات المقدمة.
All photos will be uploaded to the website within 72 hrs of the ceremony. It will be available for immediate download. Print Orders will start shipping on 1st November 2025, based on first-come, first-served and completion of information.
How will you know me? كيف ستتعرفون على صوري؟
سيقوم فريقنا بتصوير جميع الطلبة المشاركين في حفل التخرج. باضافة الى مناطق أخرى داخل وخارج القاعة. سيتم رفع الصور الى الموقع الإلكتروني ثم عليك الدخول والبحث عن صورك باستخدام خاصية “السيلفي – Selfie” ومن ثم ستجد جميع صورك جاهزة للطلب والتحميل
Our team will photograph all students participating in the graduation ceremony. In addition to other areas inside and outside the hall. The photos will be uploaded to the website, then you have to log in and search for your photos using the “selfie” feature, and then you will find all your photos ready to order and download
